My Ramadhan Adaptation:

  1. Drive Sales and Generate Leads With Shoppable Instagram Posts and Holiday Gift Guides

Provide value by sharing beneficial resources and content to your audience. Maybe an Instagram carousel post or twitter thread of books you recommend, or users who are posting relevant content in this time?

  1. Leverage Scarcity and Fear of Missing Out to Drive Sales

Rather than FOMO, scarcity is more pertinent as Ramadhan only comes once a year. Remind your audience about the benefits of maximising this time and clearly express how you can help them.

Are you saving them time? Are you helping them boost their imaan? What value do you provide?

  1. Partner With Micro-Influencers Your Customers Trust for Recommendations

This is also a great time was to position yourself as a valuable contributor to the community, by positioning yourself amongst other valued members of the community.

  1. Ensure Product and Brand Visibility With Instagram Ad Campaigns

“Instagram’s robust targeting features let you zero in on the right audience for your business.”

It’s quite common for Muslims to become more practicing within Ramadhan as it’s a month of betterment and striving for closeness to God. This means your target audience naturally increases as well.

With more Muslims interested in their spirituality, betterment and personal development, AD’s during this time help widen your reach and also introduce you to even more customers.

  1. Let Your Community Help Build a Seasonal Feed of Social Proof for You

User Generated Content (UGC) is a great way to support your messaging and foster a sense of community. This can be even more inspirational during the Holy Month.

Use UGC to foster a greater sense of community during this time.

  1. Reward Your Instagram Followers With a Seasonal Contest or Giveaway.

Get your followers in the festive spirit with an Eid giveaway!

And a special one, top of my personal list:

Purify + Renew your intentions!

Don’t fumble your own personal bag by not making your efforts an act of ibaadah (worship) from the get go.
